I'm Ramona Rice, a marketing strategist, speaker, entrepreneur, and lifelong believer that curiosity is one of the most powerful tools for creating meaningful change.

For more than 20 years, I've helped organizations connect with the people they serve through strategic communication, community engagement, and customer-centered marketing. Today, I bring that experience together through consulting, speaking, and creative entrepreneurship.

Throughout my career, I've worked across local government, nonprofits, tourism, and small businesses. No matter the organization, I kept seeing the same challenge: marketing works best when it isn't treated as a separate department but as part of the entire business ecosystem.

That realization inspired me to launch Ascend 77 while also giving myself the freedom to pursue another lifelong passion, creating beautiful paper products through Bright Shiny Margins.
